Schooren des Alpes is located in the village of Kappl, with an elevation of 1400 meters. The building is perched on a sunny slope in the Paznaun valley in western Tyrol. Only a few kilometers from Ischgl, it offers an attractive combination of seclusion amidst unspoiled nature and close proximity to one of the most attractive ski areas in Europe.

The family friendly resort Kappl has 40km of a wide range of pistes, which reach up to 3000 meters. A major attraction is the planned connection with the ski resorts St. Anton and Arlberg, which would create one of the largest and most prestigious ski resorts in the Alps.

In addition to the attractive ski infrastructure, the region offers a wide range of shopping possibilities and gourmet restaurants. Ischgl is known for its vibrant nightlife, trendy bars and exciting celebrity events.

Only an hour’s drive away lies the Tyrolean capital Innsbruck, where the nearest international airport is located.
